🌊 Unlocking blue economy investments in the Small Island Developing States (SIDS). Outrigger Impact Fund I has reached its first close, paving the way for increased investments in blue economy businesses across SIDS to strengthen climate adaptation, resilience and nature-positive outcomes. As a catalytic investor, NDF has committed USD 8 million in junior equity, enabling Outrigger Impact Fund I to achieve its first close and mobilise additional investments. NDF has also provided a USD 1.5 million grant to support the Outrigger Technical Assistance Facility (OTAF), which supports and develops the capacity, capability and ecosystem for blue economy SMEs within SIDS. 🌎 “NDF is pleased to be an early investor in the Outrigger Impact Fund.
